Great San Francisco 49ers Players

Frankie Albert was the first great 49ers quarterback. He was a magician with play fakes and holds the AAFC record for career touchdown passes with 88 in just four seasons.

John Brodie was the quarterback for the 49ers from 1957 to 1973. He was named NFL MVP in 1970. Joe Montana wasn't the first great Niners quarterback.

Patrick Willis is currently the best young linebacker in the NFL. Willis is also quickly becoming one of the greatest linebackers in San Francisco 49ers history.
