Bob Trumpy was born on March 6, 1945 in Springfield, Illinois. He is a former AFL and NFL tight end who played for the Cincinnati Bengals from 1968 to 1977. After graduating from the University of Utah in 1967, Trumpy was selected by the Bengals in the 12th round (301st overall) of the 1968 Common Draft.

James Brooks
James Brooks was born on December 28, 1958 in Warner Robins, Georgia. Brooks attended the University of Auburn from 1977-1980 and earned All-American with his great play. The 5-10 177-pound Brooks was a little runner with a big heart, playing much bigger than he was throughout his career. He was selected in the first round; pick 24 of the 1981 NFL Draft by the San Diego Chargers.

Keith Rivers headlines this Cincinnati Bengals draft class highlighted by many possible gems. Rivers is a mighty specimen as outside linebacker and when he comes to play, he is absolutely dominant. If Marvin Lewis can keep the fire burning, then the limit is the sky. They were probably hoping one of the defensive tackles would fall but they were gone, so they settled to address the linebackers as an alternative.

Ken Anderson

Kenneth Allan Anderson was born on February 15, 1949 in Batavia, Illinois. He is a former NFL quarterback who spent 16 seasons playing for the Cincinnati Bengals and later returned as a position coach. He is currently the quarterbacks’ coach with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
